According to Senior Colonel Tran Quang Tuynh, Political Commissar of the academy, the program contributed to enhancing understanding and tightening the close ties between the academy and local authorities and people of Hoang Hoa commune. Also the event encouraged the academy’s officers, soldiers, cadets and staff to heighten their determination to accomplish political tasks, thereby building a strong and healthy Party organization, and a comprehensively-strong, typical and exemplary academy.
Over the past time, the academy has carried out a number of meaningful activities, including conducting gratitude activities for national contributors, providing health check-ups and medicines for policy beneficiaries, and presenting gifts to disadvantaged children, among others.
During the artistic exchange program, the outstanding performances made by the academy and Hoang Hoa spotlighted the Party, Uncle Ho, Vietnamese revolutionary and cultural traditions, the desire to be devoted to the national construction and defense cause, the military-civilian solidarity, and the images of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in new situation, to name but a few.
