Delegates at the program

Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and head of the PCC’s Commission for Information and Education Nguyen Trong Nghia attended the event.

The program had two parts, namely “Autumn of revolution – All people stay united to build independence,” and “Autumn of aspirations – Whole nation confidently and perseveringly achieve success, ” giving a brief on the country’s 78 years of independence, self-control, and constant path to socialism.

Notably, apart from famous songs, the report “Vietnam’s bravery” reviewed several difficult periods that the country has confronted since its regaining of independence. In such difficulties, the whole nation has promoted solidarity, overcome all challenges to gain important achievements under the sound leadership of the Party.

The first performance starts off the exchange

In the framework of the event, the organizers presented gifts to 10 veteran revolutionaries, and 10 outstanding troops of the Naval Service for their achievements and contribution to safeguarding national sovereignty over sea and islands.

The “Star of Independence” artistic exchange was seen as a deep thank to revolutionaries, heroes, fallen, wounded and sick soldiers, national contributors for their sacrifice and contribution to the cause of national salvation and reunification in the past and the national construction and defense at present.

The event was jointly organized by the Communists Review, Hanoi municipal Party Committee, People’s Council and Committee, People’s Newspaper.
