Field Hospital 5A of the Ministry of National Defense at Division 317 of Military Region 7 in Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City was put into operation three weeks ago to receive and treat COVID-19 infected cases in the city. Thanks to the hospital’s thorough preparations and especially its personnel’s wholehearted care, more than 400 patients have been discharged from the hospital.

According to the hospital’s Director Colonel Pham Hong Ha, many of the discharged patients are elderly people with various underlying medical conditions and severe symptoms like severe cough and shortness of breath.
