Military medical clinic ready to serve ethnic minorities
PANO - During the peak days of prevention and control of the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the medical personnel of the Military Medical Clinic of Company 715 (Army Corps 15) have regularly checked, provided health instructions and sprayed disinfectants at hamlets and villages in ethnic minority areas and border areas, and provided examinations and treatment at the infirmary.
Many working groups and quick response teams have been set up to go to each hamlet and village to help locals, troops, workers, and employees of the company learn more about the causes, symptoms, and developments of the disease, and preventive measures and how to wear medical face masks properly. Disinfectants have also been sprayed at local preschools, camps, factories, and public places.
The clinic has also prepared an isolated area with five rooms, equipped with full medical appliances. Medical personnel at the clinic have been trained and instructed on how to provide examinations and treatment, and are ready to help when patients are in the quarantine area.
