Ia Dal is an extremely needy commune of Kon Tum province with a high rate of poor households. The commune lacks medical and educational facilities, posing a lot of difficulties to locals’ healthcare and everyday life activities. Therefore, the program was of great significance, substantially supporting and encouraging the local authorities and people.
Earlier, on the evening of April 23, the program’s personnel held an art program themed “Cozy military-civilian relations.” On this occasion, military units and businesses presented gifts to needy people and national contributors in the localities.
The General Department II has long been implementing the military-civilian medical program for people of revolutionary bases, on islands, in remote and border areas at the cost of billions of VND each year.
