At the Dong Nghe Training Center for Reservists under the Da Nang municipal Military Command, the Medical Center of Hoa Vang district handed over certificates to 146 people who completed their COVID-19 quarantine period required by the Health Ministry.

During the 14 days, quarantined people were provided with food, facemasks, hand sanitizer, blankets, mosquito nets, pillows and other personal necessities. They also had their health checked and their vital signs monitored daily by medical staff.

At present, 86 citizens are being quarantined at the center.

On the same day, 205 people quarantined at Division 317 under Military Region 7 completed their 14-day COVID-19 quarantine. Most of them were overseas students and workers who had returned from epidemic-hit areas. During the period, they were in good health and tested negative for COVID-19.

Senior Colonel Nguyen Duc Sang, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Division 317, said that since they are stationed in an epicenter, the unit had carefully developed a detailed plan and promoted information dissemination to raise troops’ awareness of COVID-19.

Meanwhile at the Thua Thien-Hue provincial Military School and Vocational Training School 23, the provincial Steering Board for COVID-19 Prevention and Control presented quarantine completion certificates to 360 people.
