House of comradeship handed over to needy serviceman
PANO – Division 7 of the Army Corps 4 Command in association with the People’s Committee of Tan Dinh ward in Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province held a ceremony on January 7 to hand over a house of comradeship to Major To Van Phu, a technical staff of Regiment 141 of the division.
Reportedly, Major To Van Phu’s family was facing housing difficulty.
After two months of construction, the 65 sq.m. house was completed as planned. It was built thanks to a donation of VND 80 million from the Army Corps 4 Command and working days of troops of Regiment 141.
On the occasion, the local unit and authority handed over gifts to the serviceman’s family.
