The delegation offered incense and flowers in tribute to Late President Ho Chi Minh at his memorial house in the Dinh Hoa Safe Zone Special National Relic Site, where the state leader and other Party Central Committee, government leaders worked and directed the national resistance war against the French colonialists in the 1946-1954 period.

They promised to further study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and style, stay united, absolutely loyal to the Party, Fatherland and people, build a revolutionary, standardized, elite, gradually-modernized military, heighten vigilance, and show high determination to defend the nation.
Writing on the guestbook at the memorial house, Gen. Quyet emphasized that the GDP will outstandingly complete its missions, gain more achievements, contributing to national building and defense.
The delegation later paid tribute to Late General Nguyen Chi Thanh, and other former leaders of the GDP Organs, heroic martyrs in the resistance war against the French colonialists at the GDP Resistance War Historical Relic Site (Five-Gate Trench Relic Site) in Tham Tang village, Dinh Bien commune, Dinh Hoa district (now Khau Dieu village, Dinh Bien commune).

As part of the program, Gen. Quyet and other delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate and hand over a school-management building with many functional rooms to Dinh Bien commune Kindergarten, a gift from the GDP with an investment of VND 4.5 billion. The school also received education equipment from other military units.
Addressing the inauguration ceremony, GDP Deputy Director Lt. Gen. Le Quang Minh expressed thanks to the local Party and authorities for their coordination and support and hoped that the facility would create a favorable teaching and studying environment for both teachers and students, promoting local education cause.
