Army Corps 16 performs COVID-19 prevention and control task in Binh Duong
PANO – The Army Corps 16 Command’s Military-Civilian Hospital No. 16 on July 20 held a ceremony to see off a delegation that will take part in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic at the Defense-Security Education Center in Binh Duong province.
Under the direction of the army corps’ leadership, the military-civilian hospital sent a delegation of 12 troops, nurses, and doctors to Field Hospital No.5B in support of the local efforts to fight the pandemic.

The delegation was led by the hospital's Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Major Nguyen Van Cuong.
Senior Colonel Le Quang Sau, Political Commissar of the army corps, praised the delegation's preparations for their upcoming missions and urged them to overcome obstacles in order to complete their tasks. They should be aware of their honorable responsibility in the COVID-19 battle, and bring into full play the beautiful tradition of Uncle Ho's soldiers.
After the ceremony, the delegation arrived in Binh Duong province to join the COVID-19 fight in the locality.
