PANO - The Khanh Hoa provincial Border Guard Command and Military Hospital 103 under the Vietnam Military Medical University on July 7th organized seminars to encourage young officers to raise their voices to contribute to units’ future development.
In a democratic and open atmosphere, cadres and young officers of the command voiced their thoughts and aspirations, as well as pointed out advantages and disadvantages in task implementation. They also noted the fact on young officers’ professionalism and ability.

Lessons were drawn in the seminar while a number of solutions were proposed to make youths’ activities more practical and efficient.
Meanwhile, young officers of the hospital gave speeches on such issues of common concerns as the impacts of advantages and difficulties on them, real quality of the hospital’s young personnel, task fulfillment, solutions to improve personnel’s quality, ideological work, young officers’ aspiration and motivation.
Ways to promote quality of examination, treatment and care for patients and build a strong hospital were also raised at the seminar.
The hospital’s leaders took note of young officers’ opinions and answered all their queries. They confirmed to create favorable conditions for young officers to work, devote and build a stronger hospital.
