PANO - The Hai Phong City Military Command has lately organized a seminar themed “Young cadres and officers constantly believe in the Party, deserving to be Uncle Ho’s soldiers”, to mark the 70th traditional anniversary of Hai Phong City’s armed forces (November 20th, 1946-2016).

At the seminar, the participants shared their experience in task implementation of units, especially units on islands.

In a frank and open spirit, participants discussed approaches that help young officers overcome their difficulties in performing missions and skills and successully fulfilling  the missions while still having a sufficient responsibility for their families at the same time.

The seminar helped senior leaders of commands at all levels have a thorough understanding of young officers’ thought and aspiration so as to gradually find out solutions to their difficulties and create more conditions for them to devote more to the units.
