In his speech at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San acknowledged and commended TECAPRO's outstanding achievements. He emphasized the company's responsibility to strictly implement the principles and directives of the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on the developing economy in line with implementing defense activities, focusing on developing business sectors, enhancing leadership capabilities, gradually improving competitiveness and international integration, and striving to achieve revenue and profit growth goals.
