Accordingly, Tecapro defined 2023 as an important year to implement resolutions for the 2020-2025 period, with a focus on production and business activities, the participation in defense and security tasks, especially undertaking missions that are strengths of the company, including electronics and telecommunications, information technology, simulation, environmental treatment, and orientations for digital transformation products.

Meanwhile, Tecapro will pay more attention to investing in hi-tech equipment serving the modernization of the military. Also, the company will pro-actively and flexibly issue directions, decentralize management, build business management models to maximize resource efficiency, and apply technology to management, among others.

Tecapro will continue investing in tech company models, and promoting the role and responsibility of defense-security enterprises in applying hi-tech to activities of the Ministry of National Defense.

In addition, the company will concentrate on raising revenue resources through providing public solutions and services with competitive advantages and high profits, as well as developing quality, elite and flexible hi-tech human resources to complete all assigned military tasks, contributing to enhancing the company’s position and prestige inside and outside the military.

Tecapro sets a target to reach a revenue of more than VND 1.6 trillion, an after-tax profit of over VND 30 billion, and complete payment to the State budget while striving to get a revenue from defense services from VND 350 to 400 billion in 2023.

This year, Tecapro has fulfilled its assignments. The company has taken good care of the lives of its officers and staff, maintained a healthy cultural environment and military discipline, and ensured absolute safety in all aspects. In detail, the company recorded a revenue of VND 1.5 trillion and a profit after tax of VND 39 billion. Attentively, the total value of signed contracts serving defense and security in 2022 increased by 104 percent compared to the previous year.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Do Thanh Phong applauded the outstanding achievements gained by Tecapro over the past time.

He required the company’s Party Committee to pay attention to accomplishing key political tasks and increasing the quality of human resources, contributing to affirming the prestige and position of defense - security enterprises in applying hi-tech in the military.
