PAN works with Binh Duong province on newspaper distribution
PANO – The Binh Duong provincial Military Command and Post Office inked an agreement on the of the distribution People’s Army Newspaper (PAN) publications according to Circular 77/2011/TT-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense.
At the signing ceremony, delegates held that the distribution and delivery of the PAN publications have faced difficulties in several localities. Therefore, during the event, they mapped out solutions to effectively send the newspaper’s publications to more people in the localities as scheduled with high quality.
On behalf of the PAN, its Deputy Editor-in-Chief Senior Colonel Ngo Anh Thu hailed the initiatives of the Binh Duong provincial Military Command and Post Office. He also underscored the meaning and importance of the signing ceremony in realizing Circular 77/2011/TT-BQP.
Binh Duong is one of the first localities in the country to hold the signing ceremony, linking the responsibilities between agencies and units in ensuring press standard for officials and soldiers according to regulations.
The ceremony also witnessed the signing of the regulation on coordination of information and dissemination work between the Binh Duong provincial Military Command and other press agencies.
