Naval Region 3 enhances foreign languages training for troops
PANO – The Naval Region 3 Command held a ceremony on March 11 to launch a program under the theme of “Naval Region 3’s troops actively improve foreign language ability to meet task requirements”.
The program aims to encourage troops to self-study and learn from each other with a focus on the English, Russian and Chinese languages.

Apart from building foreign language clubs, the region’s youth unions also organized talkshows, competitions, and exchanges with local universities and foreign language centers in Da Nang city.
As an important part of the 2021-2030 training plan, the program is expected to enhance the foreign language learning movement among the region’s troops, contributing to meeting the requirements of safeguarding national sovereignty over seas and islands in the current context.
