Military youth report achievements to President Ho Chi Minh
PANO – Four hundred and fifty delegates to participate in the ninth Military Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress offered incense and laid wreaths at the Monument to War Heroes and Martyrs and reported their accomplishments to Uncle Ho at the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Hanoi on November 8.
Firstly, at the monument, the delegation, led by Major General Le Hien Van, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, paid tribute to the heroic martyrs and those sacrificing themselves and rendering contributions to the national salvation cause.

Later, they joined a ceremony to report their achievements to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum in Ba Dinh Square.
Colonel Dinh Quoc Hung, Head of the Military Youth Board, on behalf of the delegates, briefed their five-year results on implementing youth work.
Accordingly, the military youth has actively joined a number of emulation movements to boost training and combat readiness standing. Notably, thousands of scientific initiatives and projects by young soldiers have been applied to reality to contribute to promoting task performance, troops’ living standards and business proficiency in the whole army.
All delegates promised to President Ho Chi Minh that they will continue to follow their seniors to complete all missions in the coming time.
After the ceremony, they paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum.
