They aim to implement Party and political work excellently, build strong Party organizations, innovate training formats and contents, prioritize practical training, and combine drills with political education.
* The head organs of the Army Corps 12 Command held the opening ceremony for the training season in 2025, launching a high-level emulation drive titled “Faster – Determined to win” and the Youth Month 2025. Army Corps 12 has clearly defined training requirements for each member, focused on instilling determination in its officers and soldiers, and placed great importance on integrated training. They also linked training outcomes with digital transformation efforts and the proficient use of new weapons and technical equipment.

* At the opening ceremony for the 2025 training season, the Staff of Military Region 5 launched a high-level emulation drive themed “Faster – Determined to win.” They planned to strictly implement Resolution No.1659 of the Central Military Commission and Resolution No.20 of the Military Region 5 Party Committee, which focus on raising training quality for the 2023-2030 period and beyond. The goal was to improve the effectiveness of training and exercises while building comprehensively strong units and organs and healthy Party organizations.
* Last year, the Commando Corps directed its subordinate units to complete their training programs with outstanding results, which significantly contributed to building comprehensively strong units. At the opening ceremony for the 2025 training season, the Commando Corps leadership demanded that all units conduct comprehensive training, ensure absolute safety, and focus on the enhancement of command and management capabilities.
* This year, the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command has comprehensively boosted its operations in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of National Defense. The units of the Provincial Military Command have developed detailed plans based on the resolutions and instructions from higher levels to implement effectively.
* The Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command has focused on developing exemplary models of building comprehensively strong units, including the Reconnaissance Unit, Ea H’leo Border Station, and Yok Don Border Station, as well as units renowned for excellent physical training, including the Border Post of Dak Rue Border Gate and Bo Heng Border Station.
