Military Region 4’s Commander encourages forces to participate in upcoming military parade

PANO - On February 6 at Division 324, a delegation of the Military Region 4 Command, led by its Commander Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, inspected and encouraged forces in training in preparation for the military parade in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the South Liberation and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - 2025).

Following the military region’s plan on training for the parade, its units have selected officers and soldiers and organized training at the grassroots level before gathering at Division 324 for group training.

Lt. Gen. Ha Tho Binh and the delegation inspect and encourage participating officers and soldiers.

After checking their training, General Binh acknowledged and highly appreciated the officers and soldiers who had pro-actively overcome difficulties, strictly followed regulations, actively trained, and ensured quality and absolute safety.

The Commander of Military Region 4 requested the participating officers, soldiers, and militiamen to overcome difficulties caused by harsh weather conditions and train hard. He added that, after each training session, they should reflect on lessons learned and continue to train together to achieve even higher results.

General Binh requested Division 324 to regularly inspect and encourage participating forces and ensure proper accommodation and supplies for them. He asked officers, soldiers, and militiamen to strictly observe discipline and promote cultural exchanges, thus strengthening unity and creating a joyful atmosphere to encourage them to excellently fulfill assigned missions.
