Meanwhile, the exercise also helps raise combat readiness ability of the provincial armed forces and coordination among participating forces during the exercise.

With theme “Khanh Hoa province in coordination with local public security force and Military and Border Guard Commands respond to search and rescue missions, shifting the local armed forces to combat readiness posture, shifting the locality to the national defense posture, preparing and conducting defensive operation, so as to firmly protect the area,” the exercise was divided into two parts.

Addressing the opening ceremony, Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc affirmed that this was an important content in the building of defensive areas, related to all fields of the locality, such as politics, economy, society, security and defense.
To meet the set goals, he requested the steering committee to organize the exercise as scheduled and strictly direct all participating forces to join the exercise as regulated.

Forces of Khanh Hoa province and Cam Ranh city should study and grasp the Party and State’s guidelines and policies of strategies to safeguard the country in the current context, local defense and military tasks so as to be ready in any circumstances.

Meanwhile, the provincial Military and Border Guard Commands and public security force should make preparation and organize training as planned, implement mass mobilization work in the areas where they hold exercise to ensure absolute safety during the exercise.
