PANO – Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Cung, Deputy Minister of National Defence on April 8th chaired a meeting to review task performance of judicial organs under the Ministry in the first quarter of this year.

These units have well fulfilled tasks assigned by leaders of the Ministry, arresting thousands of suspects and dealing with many cases of drug trafficking, smuggling, and trade fraud.

At the meeting, General Cung praised the judicial organs’ results in fighting against crimes and compiling legal documents. He also requested the units to keep track of events, to have active measures to control crimes as well as raise cadres’ awareness of laws and disciplines.
