Having inspected Brigade 45’s performance of Party and political work, the delegation assessed that in 2024, the unit has thoroughly grasped and implemented higher levels’ resolutions, directives, and guidance on Party, political, and military work in line with its actual situation and political missions. The Brigade is always ready to receive and successfully complete regular and unexpected missions.

Concluding the inspection, Gen. To acknowledged and praised the positive results achieved by Brigade 45 in 2024 and urged the unit to forecast and grasp the situational development, proposing measures to comprehensively accomplish all remaining tasks for the year. He emphasized the importance of strictly and effectively implementing the resolutions and directives, particularly regarding training, combat readiness, discipline building, and adherence to regulations.

The GDP’s deputy chief requested the party committees and chains-of-command of the brigade and units at all levels to further enhance the management of troops’ thoughts; improve the quality of political education and the sense of responsibility among officers and soldiers. He also emphasized the need to enhance the quality and effectiveness of Party building work, especially maintaining the Party's leadership principles, fostering the spirit of self-criticism and criticism, and preserving unity and solidarity.

Over the past time, under the leadership and direction of Artillery Brigade 45’s Party Committee and Chain-of-Command, agencies and units under the Brigade have comprehensively and flexibly implemented Party and political affairs.  Together with well carrying out information dissemination and education, the unit has effectively carried out mass mobilization work in Phung Xa commune, Thach That district, Hanoi.

In particular, the unit’s troops cleaned roads, schools, healthcare stations, war cemeteries, and dredged 15 kilometers of local irrigation canals. They also collaborated with the local authorities of Co Dong commune, Son Tay town to provide VND 80 million to support the construction and inauguration of a "Unity" house for policy beneficiaries in the area.
