In 2024, Regiment 174, Division 316 has organized training for recruits in 14 districts, six provinces. With high determination and remarkable efforts of the units’ chains-of-command, the units have strictly implemented resolutions of the Central Military Commission and MR2’s Party Committee, as well as directives and orders of leaders at all levels. The regiment has also actively made preparation in all fields.
During training, the units have focused on innovating training contents and solutions, and review task performance. As a result, the recruits have fulfilled all assigned and training tasks with good outcomes.

Inquiring after the recruits, General Quyet congratulated them on their achievements, affirming their honor to joining the military and serving the Fatherland. Therefore, they should try their best to overcome difficulties to accomplish assigned missions, contributing to building a strong military. Especially, General Quyet asked the troops to further raise their political stance, competence, and can-do spirit in task performance, while strictly observing military discipline and regulations.

At the same time, chains-of-command at all levels should pay due attention to promoting training and combat readiness of their units in order to fulfill all assigned tasks and promptly deal with any emerging issues.
On the same day, General Quyet and his entourage visited the Hall of Fame, offered incense to martyrs and planted trees at the headquarters of Regiment 174.
