Over the past years, officers, Party members, employees, soldiers, and workers of the GDP’s head-organs have overcome difficulties, promoted emulation movements, and successfully completed all assigned tasks. The Party committees and chains of command at all levels within the GDP have led the implementation of resolutions and directives from the Party, the Central Military Commission (CMC), and the Ministry of National Defense through emulation movements, aiming to ensure the task fulfillment.

The "Determined to win" emulation movements have seen many exemplary collectives and individuals. Over the past five years, in the GDP, numerous collectives and individuals have been recognized and received rewards, including 26 units awarded various orders, five units awarded the Government's emulation flags, 33 units awarded the Ministry of National Defense's emulation flags, 57 units awarded the GDP’s emulation flag, 849 units awarded the title "Determined to win" unit, 77 individuals honored as "Whole-military Emulation Warriors." Totally, 1,022 collectives and 2,682 individuals from the GDP received commendations.

During the ceremony, all officers, Party members, soldiers, employees, and workers of the GDP pledged to further promote the "Determined to win" emulation movement, closely linked to the “Learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and lifestyle” campaign, as well as implementing the Politburo's Conclusion No.01, Conclusion No.21, the CMC's Resolution No.847, and Directive No.855.
They vowed to be absolutely loyal to the Party, the nation, and the people, to excel in all assigned tasks, and to foster new models, effective methods to ensure the sustained growth and deepen the "Determined to win" emulation movement.
