In addition, troops should embrace and seriously implement resolutions and directives issued by the Party, State, Central Military Commission and Ministry of National Defense.
General Nghia also asked the units to observe military discipline and State laws, implement combat readiness and duty-related regulations before, during, and after the 13th National Party Congress and Tet holiday.
Together with ensuring a happy, healthy, safe, and economic Tet for troops, the units should closely follow situational developments and study plans to avoid being put in a disadvantaged position in any circumstances. Additionally, the units were urged to pay due attention to gratitude activities, especially for local policy beneficiaries.
On the occasion, General Nghia handed a decision issued by the Ministry of National Defense on presenting gratitude houses to sick soldiers Nguyen Van Do and Nguyen Dinh Lai. Both soldiers live in Ha Long commune in Thanh Hoa province’s Ha Trung district.
