He requested the factory to align Party and political work closely with defense production and technological mastery. The unit must promote creative production emulation drives, develop talented personnel, enhance Party cell activities, and ensure internal security and cybersecurity. In addition, he emphasized maintaining strict combat readiness, advancing “skillful mass mobilization” movements, and improving living standards of its personnel and workers.
