Through the inspection, Sr. Lt. Gen. Vu Hai San highly praised relevant agencies and units for having closely teamed up with each other to basically complete the projects on schedule while upholding quality, safety, and regulations. The deputy defense minister asked Center 286 to focus on testing and trial runs of the projects, enhancing inspection and supervision to discover and resolve arising difficulties, and ensuring the proper functioning of electrical, water, and evacuation systems, including water tanks.

Gen. San also asked the center to actively enhance in-depth training and maintain high combat readiness, coordinate with other units in constructing more training facilities and workplaces, and build green, clean, beautiful and regular barracks while ensuring fire protection standards.
