According to the unit’s report, in 2022 Brigade 84 strictly observed combat readiness regulation and well completed assigned missions. For its obtained results, the unit was honored with the emulation flag of the General Staff. The brigade also won the title of a comprehensively-strong, exemplary, and outstanding unit.
The training and management work and use of weapons and equipment was strictly carried out. The unit has built plan on maintaining military discipline during the lunar New Year; strictly managed personnel, weaponry, and equipment; disseminated and educated troops to strictly observe State law, military discipline, and unit’s regulations; protected absolute safety for the unit.

Brigade 84 has strictly managed reserve logistics for combat readiness missions as regulated, provided Tet welfare for troops, and ensured vehicles, weapons, and technical equipment for combat readiness missions as well as scheduled and unexpected tasks.
In addition, the brigade’s Party Committee directed the unit to closely follow the developments of troops’ thoughts before, during, and after Tet and actively combat and prevent wrongful information.

The unit has also launched an emulation movement to mark the 93rd founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and welcome lunar New Year 2023 and organized various cultural, artistic, and sports activities for troops.
Concluding the inspection, Major General Pham Truong Son praised Brigade 84’s troops for their task accomplishment over the past time. He asked the unit to heighten responsibility; enhance troops’ awareness of combat readiness missions in the coming time; strictly observe State law, military discipline and well manage personnel; closely follow troops’ thoughts; coordinate with local authorities and forces in carrying out combat readiness mission, fire prevention, and protection of political security and public order.
