Over the past time, the Central Military Commission, Defense Ministry and chains-of-command at all levels paid due attention to directing the implementation of digital transformation. Among missions mapped out by the ministry on this field in 2024, human resources training and developing take center stage.
In his speech, General Vinh underlined that the course would provide specialized knowledge for officers in charge of information technology (IT) at Defense Ministry’s affiliated units and General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, meeting the requirements of digital transformation in the military.
Therefore, General Vinh requested the organizing panel to make thorough preparations for the course, while participants should acquire given knowledge to well perform the digital transformation at their units.
The course provides participants with the instructions on implementing the Defense Ministry e-Government architecture framework version 2.0; instructions on building IT systems for digital transformation in the ministry; instructions on some models to connect and exploit the national population database through a secure connection port; and instructions for using the VNeID application, to name but a few.
