They have given timely recommendations to the Standing Board of the Central Military Commission and leaders of the Ministry of National Defense to issue guidelines and measures to deal with circumstances in a timely manner.
Following missions regulated in the coordination regulation, the two units have regularly met to evaluate situations and exchange information and professionalism. As a result, the coordination between the two forces has been strengthened, helping them well fulfill assigned political missions.
At the conference, delegates from relevant agencies of the two units reviewed achievements as well as shortcomings in coordination and proposed guidelines and measures to raise the effectiveness of the coordination work in the coming time.
To meet the requirements of national defense missions in the new period, the two sides agreed to continue fostering coordination, accurately forecasting the domestic, regional and international situations, exchanging information, and actively making recommendations to higher levels to deal with issues to firmly protect the nation in an early manner and from afar.
They said that specialized agencies of the two units should accelerate inspection to evaluate the outcomes of task implementation and promote training to raise their personnel’s professional competence to better fulfill their assigned tasks.
