The mission checked four working aspects, namely staff, political, logistic, and technical affairs.

In particular, they assessed troops’ awareness of all working aspects; outcomes of training for combat requirements and other specialized fields, and cadre fostering; system of documents, reports, statistics, and regularity building; and results in overcoming previous weaknesses.

The aim of this inspection was to review the leadership, direction, organization of training, regularity building, discipline observance in combat training for March. It also aimed at finding solutions to make the training more effective.

On checking all the aforementioned areas, the mission highly appreciated Brigade 162’s training achievements gained in March. They pointed out shortcomings that the brigade’s affiliates need to fix soon.

Senior Captain Nguyen Van Ngan asked Brigade 162 to continue managing and exercising military discipline, ensure safety, especially in COVID-19 prevention and control, and achieve combat training plans for 2022 approved earlier by the Naval Region 4 Commander.
