Over the past time, Army Corps 12’s agencies and units have promoted the application of digital transformation, information technology in management and well implemented technical management in the digital environment, meeting task requirements in the new situation.

The corps defined that ensuring equipment safety must go with the safety of technical facilities. All technical facilities have been equipped with fire and explosion prevention and lightning protection systems. Agencies and units regularly check vehicles and drivers' alcohol levels to ensure safety when participating in traffic.

Speaking at the event, Sr. Lt. Gen. Le Huy Vinh praised the achievements obtained by Army Corps 12’s agencies and units over the past time, requiring them to continue to enhance dissemination and education to raise troops’ awareness of Campaign 50; and combine the implementation of the campaign with the “Determined-to-win” movement and other emulation movements, contributing to building comprehensively strong, typical and exemplary unit.

The agencies and units should strictly manage technical equipment in terms of quantity, quality, and type in accordance with the instructions and regulations of the sector, while complying with directives and instructions on the exploitation of technical equipment, especially new and modern one.

Moreover, they should raise the quality and efficiency of safety inspection, testing, and assessment; pro-actively evaluate risks and prevent incidents that cause damage and insecurity to technical equipment and personnel; and ensure information security, traffic safety, and minimize traffic accidents, especially those due to violations of alcohol levels.
