The event was attended by Major General Truong Manh Dung, Commander of Army Corps 12; Major General Nguyen Duc Hung, Political Commissar of Army Corps 12; representatives from the Department of Information and Education under the General Department of Political Affairs of the Vietnam People's Army; heroes of the People's Armed Forces; and 285 delegates representing outstanding individuals in the “Determined-to-win” emulation movement of Army Corps 12 during the 2019-2024 period.

Over the years, the emulation and commendation work in general and the “Determined-to-win” emulation movement of Army Corps 12 in particular have been closely directed. The movement has become a significant driving force, contributing to the comprehensive accomplishment of military and defense tasks, with many tasks completed excellently. The movement has left remarkable imprints in various areas, earning high recognition from the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and the people.

Through the emulation movement, Army Corps 12 has established numerous exemplary models, collectives, and individuals, genuinely motivating officers and soldiers to overcome difficulties and strive to excellently fulfill their assigned tasks.

Since 2019, Army Corps 12 has received many prestigious awards from the Party, State, and Ministry of National Defense, including the First-Class Fatherland Protection Order, the Third-Class Military Exploit Order, and the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit. In the “Determined-to-win” emulation movement, the Political Commissar of Army Corps 12 has signed a decision to award emulation flags to 10 exemplary collectives.

At the ceremony, delegates had the opportunity to interact with veterans, heroes of the People's Armed Forces, and outstanding individuals who shared their experience, innovative practices, and effective models in the “Determined-to-win” emulation movement. During the event, the leadership of Army Corps 12 also awarded 16 collectives and 44 individuals for their exceptional achievements in the emulation movement during the 2019-2024 period.
