Vietnamese military media delegation visits Cambodia
PANO – A delegation of Vietnamese military press agencies, led by Major General Pham Van Huan, Editor-in-Chief of the People’s Army Newspaper, on June 30 concluded their five-day visit to Cambodia.
The Vietnamese delegation worked with leadership of the Department of Information and Communications under the General Department of Defense Service of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and Television Channel TV5.

The two sides exchanged the organization and operation of their military media and agreed on some coordination activities in the coming time with the focus on the promotion of specialized training for reporters, editors, and IT technicians, experience sharing among military media platforms of the two countries, and cooperation in multi-media field, especially when the Vietnam People’s Army Newspaper launches its Khmer language version on its online platform.
The guest also visited General Meas Savon, Director of the General Department of Defense Service of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and briefed him on the activities of the Vietnam People’s Army Newspaper and Army Broadcasting Center and the outcomes of recent working sessions between military media platforms of the two countries.
The Vietnamese delegates also worked with some military units of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces.
