The Technological Application and Production One member Limited Company (TECAPRO), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of National Defense, specializes in research, technology transfer, production, and business operations to support both defense and economic objectives. At this year's expo, TECAPRO will present a wide range of newly developed products with advanced features, exceptional security, and deep technological integration. These products meet stringent national and international standards, aligning with Vietnam’s and the Ministry of National Defense’s digital transformation strategy under Project 06.

Senior Colonel Hoang Anh Tuan, Chairman of TECAPRO, emphasized the importance of lessons learned from the first Vietnam International Defense Expo in 2022. "We gained valuable experience in product presentation, customer engagement, and partnership development, which has driven innovation in our solutions to better meet the needs of customers," he stated.
With a focus on four key fields, including information technology, telecommunications, environmental technology, and simulation technology, TECAPRO aims to foster international partnerships, exchange expertise, and advance technology transfer at the upcoming expo. The company has also devised strategies to engage potential partners, participate in workshops, and explore cooperation opportunities, especially in cutting-edge technology transfer, he added.
Factory Z125 under the General Department of Defense Industry, plans to display its flagship products, including grenade launchers, anti-tank weapons, and mortars. These products, showcased during the 2022 expo, left a lasting impression on visitors and are expected to further enhance Vietnam’s defense industry’s reputation in the global market.
The High Technology Application One Member Limited Company (HITACO), under the General Department of Technical Affairs, aims to promote its capabilities to domestic and international partners when participating in the expo. The company plans to gather insights into advanced military products and technologies to enhance its advisory role for military units in selecting suitable technical equipment for future development.
During the expo, HITACO will organize seminars and discussions on technical topics of interest to various military services and corps. HITACO has actively introduced modernization solutions for specialized military assets, such as the A87/A89 missiles, BM-21 rockets, T-54B tanks, and more. Additionally, HITACO provides products and services contributing to Vietnam’s industrialization and modernization efforts in the context of international integration.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Luong Ngoc Hung, Chairman of HITACO, the company has made thorough preparations for this year’s expo to maximize its effectiveness and outcomes.
