Promoting Vietnam-Japan defense cooperation
PANO - On July 14, Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister General Phan Van Giang visited the Vietnamese Defense Attaché Office in Japan.
Speaking with the office’s officers and staff, General Phan Van Giang acknowledged and highly valued their recent achievements. He emphasized that these results have significantly contributed to expanding foreign relations and driving the bilateral defense cooperation to become increasingly deep-rooted, substantive, and effective.

General Phan Van Giang requested them to maintain a firm political stance, strategic thinking, professional sharpness, and foreign language proficiency.

Furthermore, he directed the unit to closely grasp the situation to improve the quality of advisory work, continue deepening designated areas of the bilateral defense cooperation, and actively promote the noble image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers to international friends in Japan.
