Lao military art troupe visits Vietnam

PANO - Lieutenant General Nguyen Trong Nghia, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA), received the Lao military art troupe, led by Lieutenant Colonel Bunlua Sayaphen, Deputy Director of the Department of Dissemination and Training under the Lao People's Army.

At the reception on November 6^th in Hanoi, General Nghia highlighted the visit as a meaningful activity, contributing to promoting mutual understanding and consolidating the special friendship and solidarity between the two parties, countries, peoples and armies.

He also committed to create favourable conditions for the delegation during their visit in Vietnam.

For his part, the guest said that the visit was to celebarate the 70^th founding anniversary of VPA and the 25^th anniversary of the whole-people defence festival and urged for further increasing cooperation between the two armies in the time to come.
