Representing the four female officers, non-commissioned Colonel Nguyen Thi Hai Lien affirmed that they would always be aware that every word, deed, and action contributes to shaping the image of Vietnamese female military personnel in the eyes of international friends. They would uphold the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, promote the traditions of Vietnamese women and military women, as well as those of the capital's armed forces, while demonstrating confidence, professionalism, humanity, and a strong sense of responsibility and making every effort to successfully fulfill the tasks assigned by the Fatherland, the Viet Nam People's Army, and the U.N.

In his remarks, Major General Nguyen Khac Nhan, Deputy Political Commissar of the Ha Noi Capital Command, underlined that they were proud that an increasing number of female officers from the Viet Nam People's Army in general and the Ha Noi Capital Command in particular have demonstrated their capabilities, professional qualifications, and qualities while undertaking international missions. Their participation reflected the role, responsibility, and growing maturity of female officers in the Viet Nam People's Army.
