At the meeting, the two sides discussed Viet Nam-India defense cooperation, including cooperation between the two countries' air forces. Col. Son emphasized that Air Force Officer Candidate School attaches great importance to and actively implements cooperation activities with the Indian Air Force, particularly in military pilot training, experience sharing, and foreign-language proficiency enhancement. In recent years, collaborative activities between the two sides have contributed to improving the quality of education and training while enhancing exchanges and mutual understanding between officers, instructors, and trainees of the two countries.

Following the reception, the Indian Embassy delegation toured the school's Foreign Language Center and Simulation Center.

At the working session, the two sides reviewed and highly appreciated the notable results of cooperation between the Signal Officer Candidate School and Indian agencies, educational institutions, and experts during the 2021-2026 period in information technology, foreign languages, education and training, and scientific research.
A highlight of the bilateral cooperation has been the effective operation of the Information Technology and Foreign Language Center. The project was implemented under a bilateral agreement between the Government of Viet Nam and the Government of India signed on December 21, 2020, contributing to the establishment of a key training and research facility at the school.

Discussing future cooperation orientations, the school proposed further maximizing the operational efficiency of the center and promote cooperation with the Indian school of telecommunications engineering in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum technology.
The school also proposed jointly establishing an applied AI research laboratory while stepping up training to improve the English and information technology proficiency of its officers and instructors.
As part of the working program, Ambassador Tshering W. Sherpa and the delegation toured the school's facilities and learned about training and scientific research activities at the center. They also discussed plans to continue maintaining support from Indian experts at the center in the coming period.
