PANO - The Egyptian Nile TV Channel specializing in culture on November 19th aired a special program about Vietnam for the second time.
The 30-minute live coverage featured Vietnam’s world cultural celebrities and heritage sites honored by UNESCO.

In a live interview on Nile TV, Minister Counsellor Vu Thien of the Vietnamese Embassy in Egypt proudly said that it is a great honor for Vietnam to have three world cultural celebrities recognized by UNESCO, namely national hero Nguyen Trai, great poet Nguyen Du and President Ho Chi Minh.
He also introduced Vietnam’s world cultural and natural heritage sites awarded by UNESCO, including Ha Long Bay, Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, the Complex of Hue Monuments, Hoi An Ancient City, My Son Sanctuary, the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, the Citadel of the Ho Dynasty and Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex.
The channel also aired short documentaries highlighting milestones in Vietnam’s history, the country’s unique culture and its outstanding achievements after 30 years of the Doi Moi (Renewal) process.
