During the meetings, Mozambican leaders hailed the visit as an important event in ties between the two parties and countries. They spoke highly of Vietnam’s stature in the region and the world and the business efficiency of Movitel, considering it a model of successful cooperation between the two nations.
They wished that Vietnam would continue assisting Mozambique in national development, especially in economic growth and poverty reduction.
They asked the CPV to continue sharing its experience in Party building and personnel training.
Vuong affirmed that the Party, State, and people of Vietnam have always treasured and want to foster their solidarity, traditional friendship, and collaboration with Mozambique. He also suggested measures to develop ties between the two parties and nations in the near future.
Both sides agreed that the two parties need to reinforce traditional ties via the exchange of all-level visits; personnel training; outlining specific ways to facilitate economic, trade, investment, and cultural ties, especially in fields of high demand such as agriculture, education-training, telecommunications, and oil and gas.
The two legislatures will strengthen the exchange of high-level visits and specialized units, working closely together at regional and global multilateral forums, serving as bridges to extend relations with political parties in the region.
