The event is part of activities to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Lao National Day, the 60th founding anniversary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, and the 71st founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA). This also aims to contribute to strengthening solidarity and traditional friendship between the two countries.
Accordingly, the fair, with the participation of 150 Vietnamese and Lao enterprises, including a number of Vietnamese military-run businesses, showcases a wide range of high-quality products.
Within the framework of the fair, Vietnam’s Military Hospital 175 will provide free health check-ups, medicines and medical consultancy to Champasak province’s officers, soldiers, veterans, revolutionary contributors and needy households, while 400 gifts will be presented to local policy beneficiaries.
