US business invests in Da Nang IT Zone

Rocky Lai & Associates, Inc., of Texas in the USA, will be the contractor of Da Nang IT Zone instead of Da Nang Department of Information and Communication under the agreement signed on February 20th by Da Nang People’s Committee.
The IT zone covering more than 131 hectare in Hoa Lien Commune, Hoa Vang District will be built with international standards with seven different functional areas, namely the centre, development-research and germination area, IT production, central park and belt area.
Under this agreement, Rocky Lai & Associates, Inc. will be permitted to rent the area for 50 years and will build the IT Zone’s infrastructure.
For its part, Da Nang’s People’s Committee pledges to issue certificates recognising the land-use right to the US business and other investors renting the company’s rented land.
