The Party’s leadership viewpoint on rapid and sustainable economic development has been continuously inherited, developed, supplemented, and perfected through the CPV's congresses, he added.
Attentively, at the 13th National Party Congress, the view on rapid and sustainable economic development stated that the country’s overall development strategy is comprehensively and synchronously promoting the renewal, rapid, and sustainable development, ensuring close connection and successful task performance, among others.

According to Dr. Tran Doan Tien, implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the country has overcome difficulties and obtained significant achievements. However, there exist some issues, including irrational and inefficient allocation and use of resources, the low quality of human resources, and the unreasonableness of labor structure.
For his part, Chairman of Khanh Hoa provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan affirmed that the province is striving to be a centrally-run city by 2030 with the orientation of developing high-quality service industries, such as tourism, finance, logistics, commerce, education, to name but a few.

Regarding enterprises, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Group Khuat Manh Thang said that the unit has focused on planning, training and enhancing the quality of human resources while implementing the road-map to increase personnel’s salary and paying more attention to policies for its employees.
Major General Tran Van Sy, Commander of Army Corps 15, said that as a defense-economic unit, over the past years, the unit has successfully accomplished the task of building defense-economic zones, utilized available resources, and proactively participated in economic development activities, contributing to ensuring defense-security as well as social security for ethnic people.
Thanks to economic efficiency, Army Corps 15 has raised the effectiveness of the military-defense tasks, ensured political security and social order and safety, improved the living quality of ethnic people in the Central Highlands, and reduced the rate of poor families, contributing to building a firm posture of people’s heart.
