Retail petrol prices rise in October 30 adjustment
The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade announced the latest fuel price adjustment, effective from 3:00 p.m. on October 30, with most oil and petrol products seeing increases.
Accordingly, RON95-III rose by 762 VND, now capped at 20,488 VND (0.78 USD) per liter, while E5 RON 92 increased by 710 VND to a maximum of 19,760 per liter.

The price of Diesel 0.05S is set at 19,203 VND per liter at the maximum, up 1,318 VND.
Meanwhile, the price of kerosene and mazut 180CST 3.5S are capped at 19,271 VND per liter and 14,639 VND per kg, up 1,156 VND and 541 VND, respectively.
In this adjustment, the authorities decided not to use the petrol and oil price stabilization fund for any of the fuel categories.
Since the beginning of this year, domestic fuel prices have adjusted 45 times. Of these, RON95-III recorded 25 increases and 20 decreases, while diesel saw 22 rises, 22 decreases, and one unchanged.
