The Prime Minister has decided to allocate VND 380.52 billion to ministries, government agencies and provinces nationwide to help them carry out scientific and technological projects and programmes in 2008.

Under the decision, the ministries and government agencies will receive VND 350.55 billion, and the remaining will be go to 17 cities and provinces.

According to the Vietnam Government Portal, the Prime Minister has asked the Ministry of Science and Technology to work with the Ministry of Finance to effectively implement the scientific and technological projects and programmes.
