Viettel Hanoi pays gratitude to customers
PANO – The Hanoi branch of the military-run telecommunication and industry group Viettel (Viettel Hanoi) held a ceremony to hand over prizes for its promotional program “Paying water bills through ViettelPay – Receiving 3 taels of gold” for a lucky subscriber of Hanoi Water Supply N.2 JSC.
Previously, Viettel Hanoi held a lucky drawing to find the winner. The lucky customer was Tran Thi Tuyen in Soc Son district, Hanoi.

"This is a surprising gift for me and my family. After winning the prize, my family will continue to use Viettel’s telecommunications services. I hope that Viettel Hanoi will organize other promotional programs in the coming time," Tuyen said.
Presenting at the ceremony, Sales Manager of Hanoi Water Supply N.2 JSC Quach Manh Cuong said that after cooperating with online payment service providers, the company has received a lot of positive feedback from customers on applying technology to make payments easier.
"Currently, the company is also building a roadmap to convert payments from traditional forms to payments through apps such as Viettel Pay or banks," he added.
According to Viettel Hanoi's leaders, the lucky drawing aims to pay gratitude to customers using Viettel services.
