This year’s marathon offered three race categories for adults: the full Marathon (42km), Half Marathon (21km), and a 5km run; along with two Ronny Dash races (500m and 1.5km) tailored for children.
A standout moment of the event was a record-setting 20,000 USD donation made by Dennis Zabora and the Silver Stride group. Zabora, a retired US veteran and dedicated participant in the marathon, has consistently rallied support from friends and family during his visits to Da Nang. His efforts exemplify the powerful blend of sportsmanship and community spirit.
The donation was handed over during the opening ceremony to several charity organizations in Da Nang.
