PANO – A Festival to introduce Korean Vietnamese foods will take place at Vietnam Agriculture Fair Centre on November 26th and 27th as part of activities to celebrate the 19th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The event, jointly organised by the Republic of Korea’s Embassy, the RoK’s General Department of Tourism and the Vietnam’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, aims to promote bilateral relations and cultural understandings among people of the two countries
During the Festival, visitors can enjoy special foods from RoK such as: Kim chi, bulgogi and teobokki as well as Vietnamese foods, namely bun cha, spring rolls and nem and hot and interesting cultural activities including a “lion dance”.
Money from selling foods will be granted to needy children in Vietnam through the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
