The first section highlights major international cooperation events and activities hosted by leaders of the Party, the State and the Government in Hanoi as well as the city’s external affairs. Several noticeable photos are “Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc welcomes US President Donald Trump at the government’s headquarters” by Nguyen Hieu or “French President Francois Hollande visits Hanoi Old Quarters in September 2016” by Pham Kien, to name but a few.
Meanwhile, the second section features the city’s international integration with new buildings and projects. “Hanoi City tour” by Thanh Trung and “Hanoi officially announces hosting a Formula One (F1) race” by Ngoc Tu in 2020 were among several fine works on display.
According to the organizers, the photos were captured by photographers and photo editors from the Hanoi Elderly Photographers Club and the Kinh te & Do thi Newspaper, as well as many other correspondents.
