The festival, with three distinct theme sections covering an area of more than 7 hectares, focuses on displaying the cultural space and the vast network of waterways of the marsh land of former Nha Be County (District 7 now).

People have a chance to enjoy the rural culture with images of coconut forest and the daily-life activities of people in the Southern region, folk art performances, and traditional sport games.
